• WhatsApp message logs processed through the official Meta Business API on behalf of our clients.
• Emails and support tickets sent to our team.

Our WhatsApp engine integrates exclusively with the official Meta Business API (WhatsApp Business Platform). We are a verified Meta Business Partner and adhere to Meta's Platform Terms and WhatsApp Business Policy.

• We only send messages to opted-in contacts.
• We do not use WhatsApp communication data to train generalised AI models without explicit written consent.
• All message content is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
• Clients retain full data ownership of their WhatsApp conversation history.
• We comply with Meta's policies on prohibited content, spam prevention, and commercial messaging.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account termination, data is anonymised or deleted within 90 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
